We pick by impact and ambition, not by ticket queue. Frontier bets where the path isn't obvious yet — picked by what could matter for government and citizens, not what's loudest in the queue.

Each build is owned by one or two pilots, working with AI agents that do the heavy lifting. Working software in days, not quarters. The team forms around proof, not around an estimate.
