Giant Robots Labs is the experimental technology labs team within GovTech’s Government Technology Office. The team turns ambitious ideas into working products quickly, testing them with real users and operating promising products through prototype and beta stages.
Pilots & support crew
Our operating model gives one or two pilots clear ownership of each product. Several related products can be grouped into a mission, bringing their pilots together around a shared outcome. A support crew moves dynamically across both levels, providing leverage without taking over ownership.
Product accountability stays with the pilots closest to the work.

Each product is owned by one or two pilots, with clear accountability across product direction, users, engineering, operations, roadmap, and the eventual transfer or closure of the work.
